Return Policy
- You may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition you received them.
- For defective or damaged items, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of delivery. We will work with you to provide a suitable solution, which may include a refund, exchange, or replacement.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items that have been opened, used, or damaged due to improper handling or installation.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.
Refund Policy
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved or denied.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
- In case of an exchange or replacement, we will cover the shipping costs for the new item(s) sent to you.
Exceptions
Please note that some items may be subject to a restocking fee, which will be clearly stated on the product page. Additionally, gift cards and promotional items are not eligible for return or refund.
